Where we are now

We see ourselves as an enabler. We see everyone with the potential to be an enabler. As an enabler one can help to achieve things without a limit either for organizations or for individuals. That is the point: there are no boundaries. We have the boundaries in our minds.

How can we achieve this? By placing the culture at the center of everything. The culture is the purpose, the values, the philosophy. All this is a psychological alignment to commit everyone involved. Interestingly every one of us could achieve so much more if we did not mind who received the credit.

Our focus of the business happens to be in recruitment: talent acquisition advisory and partnering all the way up to executive search. Organizational consulting can be seen before, during or following recruitment.

Where we come from

ISC International Software Consultants GmbH was established in 1999 in Frankfurt Germany to carry out IT "work contracts" for our customers. We were not paid on a time and material basis but on the actual result that we delivered. These IT projects were grant. Our customers loved it and so did we. However the bubble started to burst in mid-2001 so that by 2002 our business focus had shifted from work contracts to the placement of IT specialists for freelancing and permanent positions. Interestingly though, we continue with the project development for many years and even until today with remarkable results. But nevertheless the focus of the business is recruitment since 2002 as talent advisor, talent partner, agency and executive search.
